reparation’s procedure



Request RMA number

The customer can send products for repair only after having received from the commercial office the RMA number.
This is necessary in order to:

  • avoid useless shipment of products that can not be repaired

  • exclude shipment without the necessary information (i.e. the description of the problem)

  • conform to the similar provisions of the represented companies in case of distributed products



The procedure is the following:

The commercial secretary’s office, after having checked if the product is repairable, issues a RMA number.

The commercial secretary’s office puts the RMA number on the form received by the customer and send it back.

The customer must send the material on repair account according to the following procedure:

  • the bill of repair account must bear the RMA number

  • the RMA form has to be attached to the material (inside the package)

THE WAREHOUSE WILL ACCEPT THE PRODUCTS ONLY IF THE BILL BEARS THE RMA NUMBER




Estimates

Generally, estimates are not carried out because expensive for the customer if we consider the cheapness of many items.

If carried out, the estimates have a cost that is debited to the customer together with the cost of the reparation.
